Band pass filters (BPFs) and dichroic mirror (DM) made of dielectric optical thin films. 

High transmission (T>90%) and steep slope of transition band of BPF are achieved by using our precise thin film deposition technology.  This filter separates excitation light and fluorescence light sharply due to its outstanding optical characteristics.

Polarization independent DM has always the same optical characteristics regardless of polarization status of both excitation light and fluorescence light.
